NEW CONSTRUCTION IN AREETA BARRIA

On this occasion we have worked on a home located in the Areeta Barria building, from Amenábar Promociones. We found an empty apartment to turn into a home. To do this, we paint, wallpaper, furnish and decorate all spaces.

We divided the kitchen from the dining room through a mid-height partition and glass to obtain spaciousness and create a feeling of open space but maintaining the rooms with their independence.

We completed the originally created kitchen with an additional countertop accompanied by stools from Adreu World and a beautiful lamp from &Tradition. The wonderful blue velvet armchair with pouf, forming a chaise longue in the living room is also from &Tradition. And the sofa, in sea green color tone, belongs to the Joquer brand.

In the dining room, we took advantage of a family display case that we restored for the home and illuminate the room with a Marset lamp in a light tone.

Oak paneling and wallpaper create the custom headboard in the main bedroom. On the sides of the bed, Bover hanging lamps give the space a refine and modern style.

In the rest of the rooms, the Elities wallpapers stand out, which add a lot of warmth to the home. And, in the bathroom, a beautiful and comfortable piece of oak wood cabinet.

The unparalleled views of this home allow a masterful entry of light.
