HOUSING RENOVATION IN SANTANDER
HOUSING RENOVATION IN SANTANDER
We are facing a renovation project in Santander in which we carried out everything from the redistribution of the home to decoration, with powerful and high-quality brands.
This house, with spectacular views of the sea, was wasting natural light. The first goal was to illuminate the house as much as possible. To do this, we focused on generating communication between spaces that favored the entry of light and day-to-day functionality.
In the living room, we designed a custom bookcase in solid oak wood. It houses the fireplace and allows you to hide the television with sliding doors, thus obtaining a visually clean and pleasant space.
The desk, also custom-made, is presided over a Chippendale chair that, together with the chaise longue upholstered in Ralph Lauren fabrics and the Santa and Cole lamp, give the living room a subtle elegance. We placed the Spirit sofas in front of large windows and, on the wall, as in most of the house, we installed wood moldings from Orac Decor.
We closed the kitchen, by Santos, with a glass enclosure that allowed us to create wardrobe and shoe rack storage. We illuminated the office with a Marset lamp. The bedroom fixtures are also from the firm, where the headboard upholstered with Andrew Martin fabrics stands out.
The house has two bathrooms. We gave one of them a microcement finish and in the shower space, with a double tray, we included a free-standing bathtub. In the other bathroom, the aged wood sink cabinet stands out, giving it a touch of quality.
A home with an updated classic style, where natural light and spaces have been used to the maximum.
